Compound checks
Is it legal? Has anyone tested it on humans? What went wrong? Status, trial counts, harms and lab results for the peptides and compounds the scene argues about, every number sourced and dated. No dosing, no sourcing.
Five lines we check on every compound
Every guide here reads these lines on the source's own page and dates what it found. The full method is on how we check.

Is it legal?
Read from the regulator's own page, with the date printed on it quoted.

Case reports and regulator statements, never forum lore.

Test results, each labelled by who ran them and how.

BPC-157: status, trials and harms
FDA lists it as nominated and withdrawn, PubMed has no trial-tagged papers, and neither an advisory vote nor a new HHS draft policy is an approval.
MK-677 (ibutamoren): status, trials and harms
The deepest trial record of any unapproved compound in the table, and FDA still lists it in Category 2 for a heart-failure risk.
How FDA's peptide categories work
Category 1, 2, 3 and "withdrawn", which peptides sit where, and why a vote or a label is not a ruling.
HHS peptide enforcement notice: what it says
A draft, non-binding HHS policy on compounding certain peptides: what it is not, who it covers, and when comments close.
